New Formation: Supervisory Board of Hansgrohe SE

Employee Representatives Appointed to Supervisory Board in Annual General Meeting

Schiltach, May 2022. Due to the regular election of employee representatives on April 26, 2022, the formation of the Supervisory Board of Hansgrohe SE has changed. Matthias Dittmann was appointed as a new employee representative at the Annual General Meeting of the fittings and shower specialist from Schiltach/Baden-Württemberg on May 5, 2022. He succeeds Stefan Krischak.

"On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Stefan Krischak for his many years of commitment to the Supervisory Board and the constructive cooperation he has always made possible," explained Klaus F. Jaenecke, Chairman of the Hansgrohe Supervisory Board. "With Matthias Dittmann, an experienced works council member is newly elected to the Supervisory Board. I look forward to continuing the trusting cooperation with the employee side." The previous employee representative Jürgen Nähr has been confirmed in office by the election.

The other members of the Hansgrohe Supervisory Board remain Klaus F. Jaenecke, Keith Allman (President and CEO, Masco Corporation), Richard Grohe (representative of Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH Syngroh), Richard O'Reagan (Group President, Masco Corporation).
