What do I need to include in my application, and what documents should I submit?
Even if today everything is submitted electronically: For us a complete application consists of a cover letter, resume, current transcript of grades, a certificate of enrollment and an excerpt of the requirements of your degree program. The requirements of your degree program will give us an indication of how many days of classroom attendance you have available for the practical semester or your final thesis.

All incoming applications are reviewed by our recruiters, and an interview is planned after consultation with the respective departments. Whether it’s a Skype, phone or personal interview, our main goal is to get to know you as a person along with your skills. And if everything fits? Then you will be notified by phone whether you will have an opportunity to assist Hansgrohe with your new ideas in the future.
Application tips for pupils
What do I need to include in my application, and what documents should I submit?
Even if today everything is submitted electronically: For us, a complete application consists of a cover letter, the applicant’s resume and his or her two most recent school reports. Naturally, we realize that pupils do not have a very long resume yet, and that’s why we are all the more interested in your cover letter – where we invite you to demonstrate your motivation for the vocational training, dual degree program or pupils’ internship. If you already have documentation of internships or certificates of volunteer work, please include these with your application.
How does the application procedure for pupils work?
All incoming applications are reviewed by our recruiters, and an interview is planned after consultation with the respective departments. The interview is held in our training center, the Hansgrohe Talentschmiede. Two interviewers and a relaxed atmosphere await you there. Plan around 45 to 60 minutes for the interview, because we want to get acquainted with you. Immediately after the job interview, we will let you know when you can expect a decision – in any event, we will contact you by phone.
Applications for pupils’ internships are also be reviewed by our recruiters, and we consult with the department of interest to try to make the pupils’ internship possible for you. Pupils’ internships are not preceded by an interview.
