The trainee program, made by Hansgrohe
With us, you will receive thorough, all-round support as a trainee. We will greet you with a Welcome Meeting for all new employees. The structured introduction program during the first several weeks provides you with information about our company, about our innovative products and about customers and processes. A consultant from the Human Resources department will be available to assist you throughout your time as a trainee. A mentor is also available to look after you personally in each department. He or she will coach you and provide you with valuable feedback. Regulars’ tables for trainees are routinely offered, giving you the chance to get acquainted with fellow trainees and make contacts.In search of dynamic personalities
Your trainee program provides you with detailed preparation for your future line of work. As a trainee, whether in Sales, Purchasing, Controlling / Pricing, Quality Management or in a production-related field – there are challenging projects waiting for you right from the start. Therefore, you should carry good ideas, lots of initiative and a grasp of how to make the most of a broad scope for action. - First relevant internship experiences

- Duration of the training program: 15 - 18 months
- Remuneration: based on collective-bargaining agreement
- Possible locations: Schiltach and Offenburg
- Start date: as needed
