Hansgrohe Group Presents Innovations for Sustainable and Holistic Bathroom Experiences
Schiltach, February 2023. When the world's leading trade fair for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, the ISH, opens its doors in Frankfurt/Germany in a few weeks, the international bathroom industry and interested consumers will meet again after four years. From March 13 to 17, 2023, the Hansgrohe Group with its brands AXOR and hansgrohe will present new products, dream bathrooms and a visionary bathroom concept to an international community on 2,000 square meters of booth space.
"We are delighted to finally be back at the ISH this year with our innovation-filled trade fair booth after a pandemic-related break in 2021. It's time for personal exchange, for haptic experiences with our innovations from AXOR and hansgrohe, and for celebrating change," explains Hans Jürgen Kalmbach, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Hansgrohe Group. Indeed, for the Black Forest-based manufacturer, ISH is all about 'Celebrating Change', because for the first time, the company will also be presenting sanitary ceramics and bathroom furniture under the premium brand hansgrohe. "This is our response to the wishes of our customers, who demand holistic bathroom experiences from a single source," adds the CEO. "With pioneering product innovations and inspiring presentations, we are once again living up to our reputation as an industry leader in innovation, design, quality and responsibility. We create inspiring moments with water, while protecting the precious element. For example, with a concept study of the world's most sustainable bathroom, which will premiere at ISH.
" Hansgrohe's "Green Vision Beyond Water: Rethinking Bathroom Culture"
As part of the Hansgrohe Group's multifaceted sustainability goals, the company is implementing its "green vision" in a design study: a bathroom with a 90% reduction in water and energy consumption, and thus also 90% fewer CO2 emissions caused by water heating. "Our vision, the 'Green Vision Beyond Water: Rethinking Bathroom Culture' becomes concrete with this concept bathroom," says Hans Jürgen Kalmbach. "Individual elements of the study are already being used in our innovations, and we will continue to develop others and incorporate them into our technologies and serial products. The important thing for us is to use this concept study to create greater awareness for our use of water in the bathroom.
" The concept bathroom at the ISH is embedded in a booth design that focuses more than ever on sustainability. For the trade fair appearance, Hansgrohe developed an environmentally conscious concept under the motto "reduce - re-use - recycle": Whether in the use of natural and reusable materials and elements, the reduction of building mass or the rental of furniture and lighting, sustainability plays an elementary role for the Hansgrohe Group in the design of the presentation area.
