Contract Extension: Hans Juergen Kalmbach Continues as Chairman of the Executive Board; Frank Semling Appointed Deputy Chairman

Schiltach, February 2022. During its first meeting of the year, on January 25, 2022, the Supervisory Board of Hansgrohe SE unanimously extended the contract of the Chairman of the Executive Board, Hans Juergen Kalmbach, ahead of schedule, by five more years until the end of 2027. In addition, the Supervisory Board appointed the Chief Operations Officer and Labor Director, Frank Semling, as Deputy Chairman. "Both decisions were easy for us," Supervisory Board Chairman, Klaus F. Jaenecke, explains. "The decisive factors are not only the outstanding successes of the past year, but also the tremendous achievements of the preceding years. This refers explicitly to both the economic successes and the positive developments of the entire company, especially in the realm of corporate culture," Jaenecke continues. "The entire Supervisory Board looks forward to continuing professional and trusting cooperation not only with Mr. Kalmbach and Mr. Semling, but equally with Mr. Gourlan and Mr. Wehrhahn."
